i like em both.
Mozilla is better then IE7.

I personally prefer IE6 over Mozilla. But Mozilla over IE7.
I prefer IE7, personally. Although I have Firefox opera and netscape.

The thing i like about IE7 is its simple layout, I find FF far too chunky and very slow for me.

One thing that annoys me about FF is the about of BS spread about it.

Firefox 2.0 (which is what you probably mean by Mozilla, since Firefox is a Mozilla product)

Currently more secure, and many, many times more expandable. User interface is also much more straight forward (IE7 did away with things like the file menu, which makes some tasks next to impossible)
Internet Explorer is no match for Mozilla. Firstly, Mozilla is just plain safer. I've been doing an online course on malware removal and PC protection and the site actually recommends you take Mozilla instead of IE.

Secondly, it's faster and much easier to run than IE (i will never again be able to work without tabbed browsing, nothing beats that).

Also, as Pheonix Enigma said above, it's extremely expandable. It has an endless list of add-ons, tools, skins, you name it to keep you busy for days on end just seeing what they all do (some are extremely usefull, some are just for fun).

So yeah, overall i would definitely suggest you at least try Mozilla, as soon as you do you will forget IE even existed.
