I am checking into some of the direct sales jewelry companies, (ie. Silpada, Lia Sophia, Premier)?

I am looking for how much start up is and any other information (ie. are you required to keep stocked products, what is the commissions, etc.) I just want to compare so that I can make a knowledgeable choice if I decide to go with one. I've worked in direct sales before (BeautiControl) which I still love the products, but just want a change of pace. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Another thing that sold me on the company is that they do not just take care of the hostess or the customer or the advisor...they take care of us all! I've already told you some of the ways that they take care of the advisor. We have an awesome hostess plan..up to 40% of show totals free, 4 items, valued at $100 or less for only $15, %26amp; 1/2 price items! The customers get great deals too... for every 3 items purchase, your 3rd(not the least but the most expensive) item is 1/2 price! And then to top it off lia sophia is always coming out with extra specials each month! Plus, celebrities like Kate Welch, Hilary Duff,Raven Symone, Eva Longoria, and yes even Snoop Dogg, plus many more wear our jewelry. To tell you the truth...I could go on %26amp; on about lia sophia. I have grown in leaps %26amp; bounds...not only financially. I have gained new friendships, confidence in my self %26amp; a less stressful life.
